Hilton Head Island’s Sea Turtle Nests

Hilton Head Island is still one of the only places in South Carolina where you can walk your dogs on the beach unleashed after 5:00 pm during the summer season. I try to get an evening walk in daily with my two dogs and have noticed over the past couple of months some roped-off areas indicating where there are active Sea Turtle nests.
